Due to its expansion and upcoming opening of a contact center in Sofia, a sportsbetting and casino provider with operations all around the globe is in the search of Chinese speaking verification agents.
The agents will be responsible for checking different types of documents, sent by customers as to prove their identity, adrress, etc.
The duties will include occasional outbound phone calls to customers, that is why candidates are expected to be proficient in Chinese and also to be able to work in English.
Previous experience in customer service and/or service in a e-gaming or e-payment working environment will be considered as a serious advantage.
