For one of the European leading sportsbetting operators we are in the search of Transaction Auditor

Main responsibilities of the position include:

• Daily monitoring of clients’ transactional activity
• Notifying other department in case of suspicious, multiple, large amount transactions or ones with discrepanceis in details
• Detailed analysis of clients’account and applying relevant procedures before authorising withdrawals
• Communication with representatives of the merchant

Ideally, the candidate will have:

• experience in e-payment environment
• solid understanding of payment methods and terminology
• some knowledge on sportsbook or other gaming or gambling products
•  awareness of what a good customer support looks like
