We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to take charge of our Italian speaking customers’ experience by organizing the process of providing qualitative support and also regularly suggesting on how to improve customer experience and increase satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities:

Organize and control the process for assisting to customers’ inquiries thrоugh ticketing system, chat, emails

Monitor and analyze customers’ behaviour and making suggestions for constantly developing a better product

Train and coach junior agents, organize shift coverage and smooth operation  

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in similar position, using Italian and English in a dynamic environment. Previous practice in gaming/betting/gambling space is an advantage
  • Proficient user in Italian language, both written and spoken
  • Upper intermediate level in written and spoken English
  • Organizational and management skills will be considered an advantage
  • A team player with solid knowledge and desire for learning
