What is the role?

One of our clients, a New international Sport and Casino company, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to expand the brand worldwide (LATAM, Africa,..). You will work directly with our Product Marketing teams to develop digital, web and visual assets. You will focus on the visual and experience design for our websites and product landing pages, visuals for satellite websites and our blog content, emails for our user journey and social media campaigns. As part of the Product team, you will make sure that our visual language stays consistent across all the channels and that users benefits of the best enjoyable customer journey on our platforms.

Main responsibilities:
 Design and specify product characteristics, features and user interfaces, develop and concept
design specifications.
 Be able to work with developers, product managers, designers, brand designers, marketing and
sales to realize your designs.
 Be passionate about your work. Be innovative and happy to present design to stakeholders for
review and feedback. Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer
feedback and usability findings. Understand the business needs.
 Be able to communicate complex topics in a simple way, whether on paper, face to face or when
designing UI.
 Ability to effectively manage tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under
pressure.
 Demonstrate you are proactive in sharing your expertise and engaging others.

Who are you?
 At least 5 years of experience as a senior UX designer, Web product designer, Brand or
Communication Designer.
 Portfolio with focus on user experience for different web products
 Fluency in best practices for visual design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and
techniques
 You are familiar with modern design tools and services and have experience in the whole design
process of digital and web assets.
 You have experience working with both established and emerging brands.

 Your presentation skills will help you communicate ideas and concepts with team members from
a wide range of countries and cultures.
 Knowledge of Sports and / or gaming are a big bonus
 You are fluent in English – both written and spoken. Any other language is a bonus.

Location: Possibility to work remotely or at the office (Ruse), depending on location.
