A multinational start-up with active worldwide operations in iGaming is in a search for an experienced Customer relations expert, who will be responsible for the overall process of delivering high quality customer service and will gradually shape up and manage the CS department.
- Have 2+ years’ experience in relevant field
- Are an ambitious, flexible, entrepreneurial person, who is capable to manage people and processes and not afraid of hands-on assignments
- Speak and write in English at exceptional level
- Understand the real value of Customer service to the business
- Define yourself as a problem solver rather than a problem identifier
- Are disciplined enough to work remotely
- Are creative and don’t like clichés.
