To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-centric product environment. Expert knowledge in betting/casino products is a must. Good understanding of wagering, trading, and risk management will also be vital for this position.
You will be part of a team of product managers, reporting directly to the our online CEO and also actively cooperating with Marketing and Media departments.
- reviewing customers feedback, market intelligence and wagering analytics and involvement in new developments regarding customer needs, market trends and competitors’ products and promotions.
- providing productive and balanced cooperation between all departments and units, involved in product’s development, release, operation
- identifying opportunities to enrich the product, aiming at top levels of customer experience
- weekly reporting to online CEO on results, insights, targets and challenges
