A leading e-payment solution provider is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join the Sofia office of the company.


  • ensuring the correct services are delivered to client according to agreed conditions and times
  • daily communication with the clients’ representatives, including technical assistance, advices for productivity and resolving issues
  • weekly reporting to Head of Key Accounts on results, KPIs, challenges and opportunities for further development

The successful candidate:

  • is a punctual professional with high level of emotional intelligence and good understanding of customer experience and needs
  • has an advanced knowledge in e-commerce and e-payments
  • has previous experience in position which includes responding to major clients’ requests
  • is an adaptive individual and reliable team player
  • wishes to acquire new skills and to develop in a dynamic and challenging working environment within an international organization
