Italian Speaking Chat and Email Customer Support
– Providing assistance to italian speaking customers via e-mail and tickets
– Analysing customer behaviour and suggesting steps to improve experience and service
– Communicating with other teams on resolving customer issues
The person we are looking for:
- is a disciplined team player
- has a good level of emotional intelligence
- speaks Italian language on a native level
- can work in English speaking environment
- is willing to be trained and lear new things
