Italian Speaking Chat and Email Customer Support

Duties:

– Providing assistance to italian speaking customers via  e-mail and tickets
– Analysing customer behaviour and suggesting steps to improve experience and service
– Communicating with other teams on resolving customer issues

The person we are looking for:

  • is a disciplined team player
  • has a good level of emotional intelligence
  • speaks Italian language on a native level
  • can work in English speaking environment
  • is willing to be trained and lear new things

The company is willing to offer excellent conditions, flexible working hours and 4 days per month home office.
