For one of our clients  a New interational Sport and Casino company is looking for affiliate managers to expand worldwide (LATAM, Africa, …)

 they are looking for an energetic affiliate manager with 2-3 years relevant experience in performance marketing / affiliate marketing

they are looking for someone who understands affiliate, partnership and ideally already has contacts within these types of partners already. It will be someone who understands how to drive a business forward during a launch period and someone who has strong commercial and strategic skills. They will be someone with an eye for numbers who is used to negotiating attractive commercials.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:

  • Developing and pro-actively managing a new portfolio of affiliate clients and ensuring you have in-depth understanding of the financial value of your portfolio
  • Responsible for new business via new affiliate acquisitions by identifying new client opportunities
  • Responsible for the retention and business growth with current affiliate partners
  • Negotiating commercial agreements with all partners
  • Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to move forward
  • Conversion rate optimization – Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication
  • Proactively managing your online marketing budget
  • Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a first-class service
  • Working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports and spread sheets

Essential Criteria:

  • Solid experience within Account Management, Digital marketing or Affiliate Marketing
  • Fluent English – both written and spoken
  • Proven planning and organisational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft office programs such as Word and Excel

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with CPA (Cost Per Action), CPC (Cost-Per-Click )and CPM (Cost-Per-Mill) and Revenue share payment models
  • Knowledge of  Sports
  • Knowledge of gaming

Salary fix + bonus

Location : Possibility to work remotely or at the office ( Ruse )  depending on location.
