
For our partner – an established sportsbook and casino operator, we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to take charge of English speaking customers’ experience by providing qualitative support and also regularly suggesting on how to improve customer experience and increase satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities:
✓ Organize and control the process for assisting to customers’ inquiries thrоugh phone, ticketing system, chat, emails
✓ Monitor and analyze customers’ behaviour and making suggestions for constantly developing a better product
✓ Make outbound verification phone calls
Requirements:
• Experience is in similar position is not a must, but will be considered as an advatage
• Proficient user in English language, both written and spoken
• Organizational skills, punctuality and discipline
• A team player with passion for learning
• General knowledge on e-gaming industry
